The Grievance officer shall be available between 10 am till 6 pm Indian Standard Time from Monday to Friday excluding Saturday & Sunday and public holidays in India. The Grievance officer is appointed as per Rule 3 (11) of The Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.
